The basic project objective is the existing building rehabilitation on ‘Roger de Flor’ street, corner with ‘Plaza del Pilar’, with six houses adaptation and a commercial outlet as result. Its interior spaces are rehabilitated, existing staircase is conditioned and an elevator, that provides service to three building upper floors, is inserted.
